I needed an infectious disease doctor, and fast, because a lung infection was taking over my life. It was just random that Dr. Ruihong Luo could see me within a few days at the Encino office. That was the best stroke of luck I had regarding my health in many years. She is kind and caring, competent, collaborative, and truly committed to my recovery. She is responsive and available, and hears all my concerns. I have never felt so cared for by ANY doctor, and am truly grateful. I only wish I had found Dr. Luo earlier!
