As UCLA West Valley Medical Center continues to grow, we are committed to expanding our services to meet the needs of patients and their families. One significant way we aim to enhance our care and communication at UCLA West Valley Medical Center is through our Patient and Family Advisory Council (PFAC).

We firmly believe that the insights and experiences of our patients and their families ensure that our health care services are aligned with their needs and preferences. The PFAC will allow us to hear directly from your diverse perspectives and foster community collaboration. By joining the council, you can shape the future of health care at UCLA West Valley Medical Center with meaningful changes and improvements.

We look forward to working together and creating an inclusive and supportive health care environment that prioritizes patient experiences and family involvement.
