Exciting Updates to UCLA Mindful Pricing
UCLA Mindful is committed to providing evidence-based mindfulness programs that promote well-being and resilience. Due to policy changes we can no longer offer scholarships. However, to keep our programs affordable and accessible, we have lowered our prices by about half. We hope this makes it easier for more people to participate and benefit from mindfulness education.
We’ve also launched a Supporter/Benefactor Donation Program—an optional way for those who can to help sustain our free resources like the UCLA Mindful app, daily drop-in meditations, and weekly free meditation classes.

Writing in Community:
A Practice of Attention — AWE – Attend, Write, Expand
with Mitra Manesh
We’re offering this live-online Writing in Community class again, and you are welcome to join as a returner or for the first time.
Each 90-minute session includes a guided meditation to arrive, a writing prompt, 45 minutes of sustained silent writing, live coaching for participants who are stuck or have questions, and a closing meditation with a weekly intention.
Participants report feeling more present, more connected to their voice, and more committed to their writing life. This is not a class in writing technique, and it is not a critique group. It is a structured, supportive space to simply show up and write — regularly, quietly, and in good company.
When: Sundays, September 20 – October 25, 2026, 11am–12:30pm PT
