The Mindful Awareness Research Center (MARC) is a partner of the Norman Cousins Center for Psychoneuroimmunology within the Jane and Terry Semel Institute for Neuroscience and Human Behavior at UCLA. 

The mission of the Mindful Awareness Research Center (MARC) is to disseminate mindful awareness across the lifespan through education and research.

Day of Mindfulness: Rest and Renewal

Let's enter the holiday season with calm, equanimity, and a sense of peace. In this daylong we will practice sitting, walking meditations, and relational mindfulness exercises to explore ways of being more connected to our mindfulness practice and to ourselves.
