The Art of Thriving with ADHD:
A Mindfulness-Based Approach to Well-Being, Focus, and Life Satisfaction
with Dr. Manijeh Motaghy
Adults with ADHD often spend years trying to fix what is wrong with them. This course offers a different approach.
Drawing from neuroscience, mindfulness, practical psychology, and Dr. William Dodson's Interest-Based Nervous System model, participants will learn how the ADHD brain functions best, develop practical tools for everyday challenges, and cultivate the inner qualities that support genuine happiness and well-being.
Rather than focusing solely on symptom management, this course helps participants understand their unique nervous system, strengthen emotional resilience, improve daily functioning, and build a life aligned with their values, strengths, and aspirations.
Through mindfulness practices, self-reflection, group discussion, and practical exercises, participants will learn how to reduce unnecessary suffering and create the conditions for a more focused, meaningful, and fulfilling life.
