Dr Braxton is outstanding!! She has seen me several times over the past year and she is able to accurately figure out what is wrong with me each time I see her. She references my past medications, what I am allergic to and the best course of action. She is very thorough and uses every means possible to diagnose & treat me!!

Outstanding doctor for my knee and shoulder injury. She listened carefully and checked for pain. She ordered all the right Xrays and interpreted them correctly. She also suggested follow up with the sports medicine doctor and arranged to have my knee wrapped for compression. She also explained how to treat it with ice and what to expect in the next few days. I saw Dr Braxton for extreme trouble breathing. She reviewed all my medications, assessed my condition and prescribed a blood pressure medication for me to began m immediately. She did a chest xray and a BNP blood test.She recommended stopping the beta blocker and Atarax that I was taking and I started Lisinopril 10 mg 1 time a day

She was very nice, introduced herself and asked if she could use an AI dictation system? She asked me why I was there and my history and started her exam. She checked my neck, tongue and listened to my lungs. Told me how she was going to attack my issues and sent meds to my CVS in Target.

The nurse who attended me was a superstar! I was in such pain and so very cold and the nurse quickly took action to make me warm and comfortable. I will be forever grateful to her. I apologize for not being mindful to get her name. Dr. Braxton was kind and efficient. I appreciate her listening to my situation, ordering tests to understand how to treat and getting me on the road to minimize my pain.

Wait time was short at the clinic. Nurse was very nice and efficient in removing my wound wrapping. Dr B then arrive and inspected the wounded area. She then proceeded to accumulate all required supplies to reinstall clean wound wrapping. I was in and out in about 40 minutes.

She was very competent, and I'm happy with the care. I must admit that I was initially a little annoyed while she asked me questions about the onset of my issue (a rash), because she cut me off as I explained something pertinent in my history, saying "this is not that", without allowing me to explain why I was mentioning it. However, ultimately she did take time to answer my questions, and I felt comfortable with her diagnosis, treatment, and explanations. She's clearly a good doctor.

The receptionist greeted me and quickly checked me in. I was called in less than five minutes, and the chaperone took my information and reason for coming to Urgent Care. Then she took my vitals and informed me I was seeing Dr. Braxton, who listened to me, examined me and prescribed that I follow up at the ER.
