About

Dr. Grant Turner is a pulmonary and critical care physician who has a clinical outpatient practice at Westwood and Santa Monica, and cares for hospitalized patients at UCLA facilities in Westwood and Santa Monica. His primary clinical interests are lung transplantation and cystic fibrosis. He is board certified in internal medicine, critical care medicine, and pulmonary disease.

Dr. Turner grew up in Omaha, Nebraska and completed his undergraduate degree at Buena Vista University in Storm Lake, Iowa. He completed his medical degree at the University of Nebraska Medical Center with induction into the graduate honor society for his masters thesis. He completed his internal medicine residency at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, PA with honors in medical education. He then completed his pulmonary and critical care medicine fellowship at UNMC. He also received his Master's in Health Administration at UNMC, focusing on patient safety and quality. 

Dr. Turner is a clinical instructor at the David Geffen School of Medicine, an active member of the CHEST and American Thoracic Society and a Fellow of the American College of Physicians.
