He is very detailed oriented and explains information in terminology that everyone can understand. He provides a none judgmental environment and helps informatively guide parents through there healthcare decision process with there baby.

Dr. Bayan is a very personable doctor who is able to provide a safe and easy environment for my kids.

The doctor always takes his time addressing any questions or concerns I have first then goes on to perform the examination.

I was very grateful to get in to see Dr Bayan on such short notice. As always, his bedside manner was lovely, He is so gentle and sweet with my kids; they don’t even mind going to the doctor! He was thorough in suggesting how best to treat my little guy, and I always feel like he listens and offers empathy and good advice.

Easy and smooth

This doctor was extremely short and rushed with us. He did not allow us to ask all of our questions nor did he answer the questions we did ask. His communication seemed to criticize our parenting instead of giving us medical advice on how to improve the illness of our child or informing us what was actually medically wrong in the first place. He seemed annoyed that our child was crying and upset at the appointment — of course our child was upset given he was sick that is why we were seeing a doctor. He should not be a pediatrician if he can’t speak to parents over a crying child. He simply left the room when he decided he had enough of it and did not come back in despite us telling the nurse we still had more questions for the doctor. We ultimately got no answers on what might have been wrong with our child or how we should treat him.

Went well and listening to concerns

The doctor was attentive and informative. He heard what we had to say.
