My Urgent Care appt with Dr Siamak Basiratmand was excellent. I came in on Saturday morning and I was seen within ten minutes of my arrival. I saw Dr. Basiratmand within 10 minutes and we talked about my issue and he ordered an antibiotic and we were done. Very nice doctor. I liked him very much. He was efficient, professional and informed me about the antibiotic he was putting me on. He put me very much at ease.

This doctor makes no sense at all - the actual urgent care was PERFECT, I would've rated it best of all urgent cares here. Convenient, modern, clean, friendly staff, easy checkin, etc etc. Doctor was nice and quick - BUT, for some unbeknown reason, right as he told me he's about to send my antibiotic prescription to my pharmacy, he immediately forgot to do it. We went to the pharmacy with nobody seeing my prescription anywhere in the system. We needed that medicine right away, and had to call back to urgent care, which was literally closing, and that doctor already left without ever sending my prescription in. The staff nurse had to call him in after he already left, and he called in half an hour later apologizing and calling in that prescription to CVS. I had to rush back to CVS and get it minute before they closed. Literally never seen anything like this.
