I came in today about my knee. Dr. Ricardo listened to my symptoms, ordered x-rays and explained them to me, then clearly laid out my course of treatment. He was very nice to me.

Easy no wait and the nurse and doctor were wonderful!

Dr. was pleasant and courteous. Took the time to ask me questions about the medical issue I was having. Explained how I should care for it, prescribed a couple of medications and how to take the dosages. Advised to contact him if condition doesn’t cleared up within a specified period of time. Overall pleased with medical attention I received.

It was a walk in, and I was seen in about 30 min. The nurse that walked me back was very nice. The doctor was also very nice and gave me good information about healing and care of injury.

I got some debris in my eye during a wind storm last weekend. I came into the UCLA Toluca Lake clinic, unsure of what would happen and in a lot of pain. I was taken to a room almost immediately and given conscientious care and attention. Everyone was very calm And attentive. The doctor numbed my eye, and very carefully removed two tiny specs of debris.. then he talked me through how to care for the eye in the next few days and what to watch for if it did not improve
