Dr. Lee had no human qualities. He was robotic, lacked any sort of personality, showed zero empathy. I felt very unheard as he never once showed any signs of understanding my concerns, just repeated the same things over and over despite me telling him I understood. Gave robotic mansplainer energy.

Excellent experience start to finish. All the staff was great and Dr. Lee was very professional, knowledgeable, compassionate, explained everything to me. This was my first time there, but my daughter and family have been there many times, and highly recommended UCLA.

This was the perfect visit. I was in the exam room in less than five minutes after checking in. The doctor was with me in minutes of having my vitals checked. He was immediately engaged with my problem, answered my questions, explained what his clinical found, and had sent the prescription, all in under ten minutes.

The Dr. was very nice and he prescribed the medications that relieved me of the very itchy hives and from getting worst. After I took the first medications I felt much better, The next day, I have no more itching and the hives have calmed down. I will finish the 6 day pack of strrpid and allergy medication as prescribed.

When I went to Urgent care the first time today it was too busy so I returned an hour or so later and got right in. The nurse and doctor were both good and I tested negative for both Flu and Covid.

This may have been an off day for Dr Lee, but his attitude was short, rude, and was quick to dismiss my concerns. He seems knowledgeable but I didn’t feel as if he was listening to my explanation of symptoms. I’d like to give him the benefit of doubt, but based this video visit I would recommend he work on his patient bedside manner.

This rating is for all of the doctors and nurses who treated me for an abscess and the subsequent follow-up appointments. Everyone has been really thorough, thoughtful and helpful. I felt really terrible. He asked questions to rule out other conditions, but didn’t offer much to help me feel better. After I left I wondered when I should try to eat and what I could do for the pain in my neck and behind my eyes. He could have been more attentive to my symptoms.

Seen promptly by physician, received chest x ray and rx. for cough medicine …. Dr Lee was very thorough and said he would contact me when resuts came in….. which he did early the following morning. I am very pleased with the care and follow-up received !

He was very good and quickly put me at ease. The only reason I didn't give him 5 stars was that he was a little too quick with the diagnosis. He explained it well and I understood what is going on and I agree with the diagnosis. It would have been a little better if he took a little more time letting me express my concerns and examining my issue.
