Today started with a frustrating attempt to have a video visit, but Dr Lee made the visit totally worthwhile! He was patient and called me on the phone. Then allowed me to access the video visit when safely parked. He was knowledgeable, kind, and professional - and as a physician myself, I was very impressed with his clinical skill and evidence based care. He told me that he is a float and I hope he lands somewhere permanently! Excellent!

I went to urgent care today and had a very positive experience with the doctor who treated me. He was attentive, professional, and took my situation seriously. After evaluating me, he felt it was important for me to go to the emergency room for further care, and I truly appreciated his prompt attention and concern. Thank you to the doctor and his team for the compassionate and professional care. It made a difficult day much easier.

Dr. Lee had no bedside manner and seemed bothered to have to treat me. He was not polite, cold, and truly just didn’t seem to care. It’s incredibly frustrating to feel the need to seek care when not feeling well and to be met with someone who could not care less.

Zero bedside manner. I felt like I was interacting with a robot. I felt so uncomfortable I actually started laughing. Doesn’t seem to want to connect to the patient whatsoever.

Dr. Lee had no human qualities. He was robotic, lacked any sort of personality, showed zero empathy. I felt very unheard as he never once showed any signs of understanding my concerns, just repeated the same things over and over despite me telling him I understood. Gave robotic mansplainer energy.

This was the perfect visit. I was in the exam room in less than five minutes after checking in. The doctor was with me in minutes of having my vitals checked. He was immediately engaged with my problem, answered my questions, explained what his clinical found, and had sent the prescription, all in under ten minutes.

The Dr. was very nice and he prescribed the medications that relieved me of the very itchy hives and from getting worst. After I took the first medications I felt much better, The next day, I have no more itching and the hives have calmed down. I will finish the 6 day pack of strrpid and allergy medication as prescribed.

When I went to Urgent care the first time today it was too busy so I returned an hour or so later and got right in. The nurse and doctor were both good and I tested negative for both Flu and Covid.
