He was not friendly, warm or welcoming. I also felt like I was left in the room for a long time waiting for a test result. He never came back. I had to step outside and talk to the front desk staff.

The Dr. was very nice and he prescribed the medications that relieved me of the very itchy hives and from getting worst. After I took the first medications I felt much better, The next day, I have no more itching and the hives have calmed down. I will finish the 6 day pack of strrpid and allergy medication as prescribed.

Came in to get my face checked out due to a fall. I did not have an appointment but was seen almost immediately. The doctor (Dr Lee) I saw was friendly, made me feel comfortable and examined my face abrasions carefully. No question was left unanswered

When I went to Urgent care the first time today it was too busy so I returned an hour or so later and got right in. The nurse and doctor were both good and I tested negative for both Flu and Covid.

Nice professional doctor who provided an honest view of what the skin condition on my calf might be, knowing that it is not definitive for now. He’s recommending two different lotions to try over the next four weeks. .

This may have been an off day for Dr Lee, but his attitude was short, rude, and was quick to dismiss my concerns. He seems knowledgeable but I didn’t feel as if he was listening to my explanation of symptoms. I’d like to give him the benefit of doubt, but based this video visit I would recommend he work on his patient bedside manner.

From the moment I walked in the excellence of care was exceptional. The doctor listened to all of my questions and was able to answer every question. This rating is for all of the doctors and nurses who treated me for an abscess and the subsequent follow-up appointments. Everyone has been really thorough, thoughtful and helpful. As much pain as I know I will be in, I at least trust that I will have a sincere and jovial staff to help me through it all. Thanks for the care!!

I felt really terrible. He asked questions to rule out other conditions, but didn’t offer much to help me feel better. After I left I wondered when I should try to eat and what I could do for the pain in my neck and behind my eyes. He could have been more attentive to my symptoms.

Seen promptly by physician, received chest x ray and rx. for cough medicine …. Dr Lee was very thorough and said he would contact me when resuts came in….. which he did early the following morning. I am very pleased with the care and follow-up received !

He was very good and quickly put me at ease. The only reason I didn't give him 5 stars was that he was a little too quick with the diagnosis. He explained it well and I understood what is going on and I agree with the diagnosis. It would have been a little better if he took a little more time letting me express my concerns and examining my issue.
