Automated Teller Machines (ATMs)

A University Credit Union ATM is located on Level 1 next to the Gift Shop.

Cashier’s Office

The Cashier’s Office is located adjacent to the Gift Shop on Level 1. The office hours are Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.

Chapel/Mediation Room             

Religious services (310) 825-7484

An interfaith Meditation Room/Chapel, located on the first floor, is available for private prayer and meditation 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Religious services are available in the hospital and on campus. Interfaith chaplains are always available for spiritual care and assistance and sacramental ministries.

Complimentary Newspapers

Stop by the Volunteer Services office, Suite B-791, from 9 am to 4 pm Monday through Friday for a free newspaper. We will also deliver a complimentary paper to you in the family waiting area or the room of your family member. Call (310) 267-8180

Concierge Services

Located on the first floor across from the Surgical Waiting Area (Maddie's Room), the service provides assistance with local restaurants, stores, transportation, hotel accommodations, religious services, etc. Fax and copier services are also available. A Volunteer Ambassador is available to assist you Monday through Friday from 9 am to 4 pm. (310) 267-9115 or (310) 267-8180

Dining Commons

The Edward D. and Anna Mitchell Family Foundation Dining Commons offers a diverse selection of meals in an inviting indoor or outdoor setting. The Dining Commons is located on Level 1 and is open Monday through Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 10 p.m., and on weekends and holidays from 7:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.

For your convenience, grab-and-go snacks, sandwiches, salads and beverages are available at the Café, located on Level B. Vending machines are located on Level B near the Café.

Subway is located on Level B, at the bottom of the lobby staircase of the Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center, and is open 24 hours. VeThe Plaza Deli and Grill is located adjacent to 100 UCLA Medical Plaza. Other dining options are available in Westwood Village and throughout the UCLA campus.

Entrances

The entrance to Resnick Neuropsychiatric Hospital at UCLA is open 24 hours a day. The front entrance of Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center on Westwood Plaza is also open around the clock and can be used to access our hospital.

Two information desks are available in the hospital's main lobby on Level 1.

Gardens of UCLA  

Gift Shop

Operated by the Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center Auxiliary, the Gift Shop offers flowers and plants, greeting cards, candy, gifts, toys, games, sundries, magazines and UCLA signature items. Delivery of gifts to patient rooms is complimentary. The Gift Shop is located on Level 1 and is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., and from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday. Nathanson Family Center

Parking 

Patients and visitors to Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center, Resnick Neuropsychiatric Hospital at UCLA and UCLA Mattel Children's Hospital have valet parking available on Westwood Plaza. When leaving, you will retrieve your vehicle from the Valet Lobby located on Level P. Patient drop-off is available at all entrances. Alternate parking is available at UCLA Medical Plaza and on campus.

People Animal Connection

Dog Therapy is the Patient –Animal Connection program at the hospital: https://www.uclahealth.org/pac/

Volunteers with People-Animal Connection will bring a trained canine friend to visit with patients and their families. Visits with a conform animal have been shown to relieve stress and contribute to healing. To request a visit, call 310-267-8184.

Mail Services

We do not recommend sending letters and packages due to delays in patients receiving incoming mail.

In the Resnick inpatient setting, envelopes and stamps will be provided for outgoing mail. Please contact your care team for these supplies.

Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center Outpatient Pharmacy

You have the option of either filling the prescriptions at the UCLA Outpatient Pharmacy or at a pharmacy of your choice. If you choose to have your prescriptions filled at the UCLA Outpatient Pharmacy, a family member or other person you designate may take the prescription(s) to the Outpatient Pharmacy before you are discharged, or you may ask your nurse to fax the prescription(s) in advance. Your prescription(s) can be picked up during regular business hours from the Outpatient Pharmacy before or as you leave the hospital. At the time of pick-up, the pharmacist will review the medications with you or your designee and answer any relevant questions.
