Easy Homemade Popsicles

  • 2 cups fresh or frozen (thawed) berries (strawberries and blueberries work well) 
  • 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt, or another flavor if preferred 
  • 3 Tbsp honey or maple syrup (add more or less depending on desired sweetness) 


  1. In a blender, blend berries until pureed (add 1-2 Tbsp water if necessary) 
  1. In a bowl, mix yogurt and honey or maple syrup 
  1. Layer fruit mixture and yogurt mixture in a popsicle mold until mold is full. Insert popsicle sticks into each popsicle and freeze for 4 hours. When ready to eat, run the popsicle mold under warm (not hot) water for about 10 seconds to loosen the popsicle from the mold.
