Korean Steamed Egg

Ingredients:

  • 4-5 large eggs
  • 1 chopped green onion
  • 1 cup chicken broth or 1 cup water with 4 tsp fish sauce
  • 2 tsp toasted sesame oil
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. Combine eggs, green onion, and chicken broth in a stainless steel saucepan or ceramic pot
  2. Mix well with fork or whisk
  3. Cover with domed lid or heat safe bowl that fits over the pot
  4. Set heat to medium-low and cook for 10-12 minutes, until steam escapes from pot
  5. Remove from heat and remove lid. Drizzle sesame oil over the eggs and serve immediately
