Roasted Chickpeas

1 can chickpeas, drained and patted dry
1 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp salt
½ tsp cumin
½ tsp red pepper flakes, optional


  1. Preheat oven to 400 °F. Add all ingredients to a baking sheet and toss to coat
  2. Bake for 15 minutes, stirring halfway, until chickpeas begin to crisp.
