Roasted Chickpeas

Ingredients:
- 1 can chickpeas, drained and patted dry
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp cumin
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes, optional
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400 °F. Add all ingredients to a baking sheet and toss to coat
- Bake for 15 minutes, stirring halfway, until chickpeas begin to crisp
