Roasted Chickpeas

Total time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 can chickpeas, drained and patted dry
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes, optional

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 °F. Add all ingredients to a baking sheet and toss to coat
  2. Bake for 15 minutes, stirring halfway, until chickpeas begin to crisp
