Winter Break Sports Performance Elite Development - Dec 18 - Jan 12

This winter, work with experts who have trained the world’s best athletes. Our Exos Performance Specialists will help you dial in your speed, strength, and power. Our Exos Performance Nutrition Specialist will help you get the most out of your body with nutrition.

College Prep Training - 10am-11:30am

This program will prepare you for the demands of college athletics. This program is for current college athletes and college-bound athletes. You will train alongside current pro athletes to learn what it takes to succeed at the highest levels.

Youth & High School Training Program - 9am - 10:45am, 5pm-6:15pm

This program will sharpen athletic movement skills while developing strength, speed, and power. This program is for athletes who are serious about upgrading their physical performance.

Dates:

  • Week 1: December 18-22 (M-F)
  • Week 2: December 27-29 (W-F)
  • Week 3: January 3-5 (W-F)
  • Week 4: January 8-12 (M-F)

Rates:

College Prep

  • $199 for 1 week
  • $299 for 2 weeks
  • $399 for 3 weeks
  • $499 for 4 weeks

Youth & High School

  • $99 for 1 week
