- Bring Ink & Toner Cartridges to the Loading Dock at Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center OR UCLA Santa Monica Medical Center
- If needed submit a Support Services Request for Environmental Services pickup
Option 2: Order Pre-paid Office Depot Shipping Box
- Contact your Department Buyer to Visit the Office Depot Website
- Department Buyer can Order a Free Cardboard Collection Box using Item Code: 650988
- Once the Collection Box Arrives, Place Ink & Toner Cartridges into the Box
- Ship via the Pre-paid Shipping Label Located in the Box
- Bring Ink & Toner Cartridges to the Loading Dock at Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center OR UCLA Santa Monica Medical Center
The Ink & Toner Cartridge Recycling Program accepts all brands of Ink & Toner Cartridges from all manufacturers

Office Depot has recycled 65 million ink & toner cartridges from the landfill since 2003. Office Depot recycles the ink & toner cartridges for reuse and recycles the cardboard boxes responsibly. Any products that are damaged and cannot be refilled for reuse are recycled.
