I am reminded every time I work with Orethea how prompt she is with responding to her patients and really doing everything to provide them compassionate and dignified care. She was so prompt and communicative with me. We were able to work seamlessly together to provide our patients with as restful a night as possible and our patients appreciated her efforts. Dr Eshagh excised two cysts this week. I wanted to say I was very pleased with her. I felt absolutely no pain during the procedure and she was very gentle. She is an awesome doctor with great skill. I fully recommend her to anyone needing dermatology treatment.

She is an outstanding professional. I rarely compliment doctors but she fully deserves it.

Marion goes over and beyond in everything she does. When she is in charge I always feel very supported. She comes up with great new ideas to help the unit be more successful. Kayla is the most carrying, very professional and knowledgeable nurse I have ever met in my life. She was by my bedside when I woke up from anesthesia and she stayed with me every second till she transferred to my room. Kayla made my recovery very easy, without stress or pain. After 8 hours of surgery I could never imagine that the recovery can be so easy and comforting. Thanks to Kayla.

I was so nervous going in as I've never really seen an allergist and am not native to LA so researching and hoping to find the right doctor is always stressful. I had such a pleasant appointment with Dr. Swain today who was so friendly and informative and really took the time to understand what was going on with me as a new patient. Christina has gone above and beyond for me. I have a pretty complicated situation with my insurance over coverage that makes a big difference in what I will end up paying. We've been dealing with this situation since December, and she has never once lost her cool with me and advocates for me with both my insurance provider and UCLA Billing. She explains things very thoroughly, documents everything, has exact dates, reference numbers and dollar amounts each time we talk to make sure we're on the same page with the insurer. She is so organized, so kind and extremely easy to talk to. I've never worked with someone so committed to helping me access the care I need and advocating on my behalf with my insurance. Her customer service is second to none, and I think she genuinely cares about helping me resolve this issue, which means more to me than I can explain. I feel so lucky to have her as my cheerleader.
