The study objective is to evaluate the intraocular pressure-lowering efficacy and safety of two dose strengths of an investigational eye drop in patients with open-angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension after initial and repeated administrations.

Clinical Trial to Evaluate a Microshunt for the Treatment of Glaucoma
The study objective is to assess the safety and efficacy of a microshunt when used to lower intraocular pressure (IOP) in subjects with primary open angle glaucoma where the IOP is not controlled when using maximum-tolerated glaucoma medications.
