Safety and Effectiveness of the CustomFlex Artificial Iris Prosthesis for the Treatment of Iris Defects

This study is being conducted to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of an artificial iris prosthesis for the treatment of full or partial aniridia resulting from congenital aniridia, acquired iris defects (including traumatic iris defects and mydriasis), or conditions associated with full or partial aniridia, such as ocular or oculocutaneous albinism and iridocorneal endothelial (ICE) syndrome, and iris coloboma.
