About Us

Research in the UCLA Division of Pulmonary, Critical Care and Sleep Medicine spans a wide range of disciplines that share the common ground of conducting work that leads to significant improvements in patients’ lives. Many of these initiatives involve close collaboration with patients, such as the UCLA Pulmonary Vascular Disease Program and the 3 Wishes Program in palliative care. Trainees in research tracks of the division’s fellowship programs learn from world-renowned faculty and become leaders in their own right as they advance their careers.

The division of pulmonology is comprised of many parts: Critical Care, Sleep Medicine, Clinical Immunology and Allergy.
