Sample Requirements

Prior to shipping, please contact the laboratory at 310-206-0270 to schedule delivery. Sample requirements for each test are listed on the requisition form. Samples should be sent to the address below:

Hours of Operation

The UCLA Immunogenetics Center Laboratory operates 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. 

Client Services is available Monday through Friday, from 6:30 am to 9:00 pm PT 

Results 

Results will be sent by fax, unless otherwise requested.
