Director, Health Equity Analytics and Strategy

Animesh A. Sabnis, MD, MSHS, MFA, FAAP, is the inaugural Director of Health Equity Analytics and Strategy for UCLA Health System. In this role, Dr. Sabnis works with partners across and beyond the health system to implement system-wide solutions for health inequities experienced by UCLA Health patient populations.

Emery Chang, MD, serves as LGBTQ+ Medical Director at UCLA Health, is founding director of the LGBTQ+ Lecture Series, and founding co-chair of the UCLA Health PRIDE Network Affinity Group.

Amy Weimer, MD, co-founded the UCLA Gender Health Program, a large comprehensive care program for transgender and gender-diverse patients of all ages. She is active in clinical care, education, advocacy and research within the transgender health care realm.
