A growing body of evidence suggests mind-body therapies such as relaxation and mindfulness may decrease symptoms and improve quality of life for specific upper gastrointestinal disorders and can add benefit to your treatment plan.

The Integrative Digestive Health and Wellness Program offers a collaborative team approach where we emphasize personalized care in addressing your health needs through education on prevention, health promotion and empowerment for sustained healthy lifestyle choices.
