Insurance/Cash rates

The office of your referring physician should attempt to obtain authorization from your insurance company for all or partial coverage of our nutritional counseling prior to scheduling appointments. In the event that insurance coverage for this service is not covered, you will be responsible for payment at the time of service. Subsequent authorizations will be processed by our office. Please contact our office for cash rates.

Nutrition consultations from home/Telemedicine

We are excited to offer telemedicine services for our GI nutrition patients.

  • Insurance: Insurance and billing rates are the same as in-clinic sessions.
  • Make a telemedicine appointment: Same as in-clinic appointment. Call the number above or go through your MyUCLAHealth.
  • Misc: Patients must have a MyUCLAHealth account and download the MyChart app to participate.
