Overnight Oats with Chia & Berries
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Servings: 2
Ingredients:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1½ cups unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- ½ cup raspberries or blueberries
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
- Optional: honey or maple syrup
Instructions:
- Stir all ingredients together in a jar or bowl.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).
- Stir and enjoy cold, or warm slightly if preferred.
