Overnight Oats with Chia & Berries

Preparation time: 5 minutes
Servings: 2

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1½ cups unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • ½ cup raspberries or blueberries
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • Optional: honey or maple syrup

Instructions:

  1. Stir all ingredients together in a jar or bowl.
  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).
  3. Stir and enjoy cold, or warm slightly if preferred.
