Weekly Teaching Conference

Education protected hours occur on a weekly basis from 7am to 10am. The first hour includes the Department of Surgery Grand Rounds. The second hour covers the Morbidity and Mortality Conference. The third hour is dedicated to resident education. Topics include career development, visiting professorship resident rounds, mock orals, anatomy lab sessions, and journal club.
