ALL Medical and Professional Staff members are REQUIRED to complete training modules in order to comply with:

  • Federal/State regulatory agencies
  • Accredited standards for patient safety
  • UCOP and Regents Mandates

Initial Appointment (All)

Please complete ALL training modules listed below prior to your start date:

Once you have been provided your AD Account, please log into Cornerstone and complete ALL training modules listed below. These modules must be completed no later than 30 days after your start date.

  • Code of Conduct

Reappointment (All)

Please log into Cornerstone and complete the Mandatory Provider Education for Recredentialing bundled trainings that include the items listed below. These modules must be completed prior to the end of your current term.

  • Boundaries Quiz
  • HIPAA Refresher
  • CICARE Quiz
  • Radiation Safety Quiz
  • Infection Prevention (Brief Review/ Quiz Only)

  • Code of Conduct Acknowledgement
