Event Request Form

If you would like to request PAC Volunteers at your event, please download and fill out the event request form.

Please submit requests 1-2 months in advance, as our special events calendar fills up very quickly! While we would like to accomodate all requests, we must first attend to the hospital since our priority at People-Animal Connection is bringing comfort to the patients and their families at the UCLA Medical Center.
