Developing Faculty Competencies in Assessment
This course is designed to enhance skills in providing meaningful workplace-based performance assessment and feedback to trainees. Participants will critically evaluate assessment tools currently in use in their programs with the goal of increasing the validity, reliability, and utility of assessment. Participants will have the opportunity to consolidate concepts learned in the course through simulation exercises that integrate theory and practice during a hands-on session.
