Spectrum is geared towards enhancing LGBTQIA representation, mentorship, and community through the lens of UCLA's Department of Medicine. Spectrum is a resident led initiative, supported by the Resident Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion committee. Its aims are to highlight and engage our differences in color, expression, and perspective.
