The Acute Care Imaging Section is comprised of a team of radiologists dedicated to providing prompt, high quality care for patients experiencing an unexpected or acute illness or injury. Services are provided for three active emergency departments, Ronald Reagan Medical Center, Santa Monica Medical Center and Martin Luther King, Jr. Community Hospital, in addition to multiple immediate care centers. Coverage is 24 hours per day, 365 days per year with over 164,000 examinations performed annually.
