What should I do after completing the questionnaire?
If you have not already discussed your exposure with a clinician, please immediately proceed to Occupational Health (if in Westwood, during business hours) or the nearest Emergency Department for consideration of post-exposure prophylaxis (PEP).
Do I need to make an appointment after completing the BBP Questionnaire?
Walk-ins are based on availability. We highly encourage appointments. Please call 310-825-6771 for scheduling.
What should I bring with me for this visit to Occupational Health?
Bring your employee badge and source patient information, if available.
What are the hours for Occupational Health?
Occupational Health is opened Monday thru Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm, excluding holidays. Walk-ins are welcomed until 3:30pm.

If I did not seek immediate treatment, what should I do?
Proceed to Occupational Health or the Emergency Departments as soon as possible to seek treatment for BBP.
