What should I do after completing the questionnaire?
If you have not already discussed your exposure with a clinician, please immediately proceed to Occupational Health (if in Westwood, during business hours) or the nearest Emergency Department for consideration of post-exposure prophylaxis (PEP).
Do I need to make an appointment after completing the BBP Questionnaire?
Walk-ins are welcomed! You may also call the office to make an appointment.
What should I bring with me for this visit to Occupational Health?
Bring your employee badge and source patient information, if available.
What are the hours for Occupational Health?
Occupational Health is opened Monday thru Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm, excluding holidays.
