Our Services

Developmental Assessments & Follow-Up Care
At UCLA Mattel Children's Hospital, our experts in the UCLA Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrics Program care for children with developmental and behavioral disorders. When you or your pediatrician have a concern that your child may need support for their development, behavior or social communication, we offer comprehensive assessment services, and follow up care. New patients can be referred to our clinic by parents, physicians, therapists or other clinicians.

Our program takes an inter-disciplinary approach to treatment. In addition to developmental-behavioral pediatricians, our team can include a pediatric fellow and a psychologist. We have a strong emphasis on family-centered care. We offer support, training and education to patients and their families. Referrals to community-based resources and services complement other treatments.
