Sleep Laboratory

Our UCLA Sleep Diagnostic Center has two locations, serving patients in both West Los Angeles and North Hollywood. The Westwood laboratory is located at 10833 Le Conte Ave., Suite BE-216, Los Angeles, CA 90095. Our North Hollywood laboratory is located at 4343 Lankershim Blvd., Suite 100, North Hollywood, CA 91602, expanding access to sleep diagnostic services throughout the region.

Both laboratories offer patient-centered environments with private bedrooms and welcoming spaces designed to provide comfort for patients and their families.

A nationally accredited program with more than half a century of experience in diagnosing and managing sleep disturbances, the UCLA Sleep Diagnostic Center is a recognized leader and pacesetter in the clinical practice of sleep medicine and sleep research. The Center's highly trained and experienced staff includes physicians who are board-certified in sleep medicine and registered polysomnographic technologists who are proficient in evaluating and diagnosing a wide range of sleep disorders and providing patient education. The team designs personalized treatment programs to manage a broad spectrum of sleep disorders in adults and children, including obstructive sleep apnea, excessive daytime sleepiness, snoring, insomnia, restless legs syndrome, parasomnias, narcolepsy, shift work sleep disorder, jet lag syndrome and other sleep-related conditions.

The UCLA Sleep Diagnostic Center locations are equipped with modern digital polysomnography technology. Studies are performed seven days per week. The laboratories also provide overnight home sleep apnea testing (HSAT) to help diagnose moderate to severe obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) in patients at high risk for OSA. Both facilities are part of a program accredited by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine.
