Pay Your Bill

UCLA Health makes it easy to view and pay your bill online. You can also pay by phone or mail — whichever is most convenient for you.

Important note: Hospitals and physicians in California often bill separately for their services. You may receive multiple statements for a single visit — one from the hospital and one from your doctor.

Ways to pay

  • Online: Sign in to your myUCLAhealth account to securely view and pay your bill.
  • By phone: You can pay your medical bills by phone 7 days a week, 24/7 with no service charge. You will need the guarantor number from your statement and your date of birth.
To pay your physicians' bill by phone, call 310-301-8860 and press 1.
To pay your hospital bill by phone, call 310-825-8021 and press 1.
  • By mail: Send payment using the address listed on your billing statement.

Paperless billing

All patients are automatically enrolled in paperless billing through myUCLAhealth. You can opt out at any time to receive paper statements.

Open Payments Database

The Open Payments database is a federal tool used to search payments made by drug and device companies to physicians and teaching hospitals. It can be found at openpaymentsdata.cms.gov. For informational purposes only, a link to the federal Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Open Payments web page is provided here. The federal Physician Payments Sunshine Act requires that detailed information about payment and other payments of value worth over ten dollars ($10) from manufacturers of drugs, medical devices, and biologics to physicians and teaching hospitals be made available to the public.
