Integrative Medicine Collaborative

Integrative medicine is a growing model within health care that blends Western medicine with complementary treatments that address the physical, emotional, mental, social, spiritual, and environmental aspects that influence health. These methods may include the use of vitamins and supplements, or practices such as yoga, meditation and massage.

Together for Wellness

A collaborative group of stakeholders across the state representing mental health services, nonprofits, academic institutions, health agencies, foundations and consumers. They have come together to help bring together a set of digital resources (like apps, websites, articles, and videos) that can help people through these challenging times.
