Supporting the groundbreaking work underway at the Goodman-Luskin Microbiome Center is a robust network of specialized core facilities offering services that span microbiome sequencing, data analysis, neuroimaging, and other advanced research capabilities. The center's research cores and administrative core operate as official UCLA sales and service facilities, delivering high-quality, cost-effective expertise, technologies, and resources.

By centralizing specialized infrastructure and scientific expertise, these facilities eliminate the need for researchers to seek services from multiple locations on or off campus, creating a more efficient and collaborative research environment.

As UCLA sales and service facilities, the cores are available to investigators throughout UCLA as well as external partners, including other universities, healthcare organizations, government agencies, and industry. This expanded access fosters collaboration, supports a wide range of scientific initiatives, and helps accelerate discoveries in microbiome and human health research.
