Learn mindfulness meditation online. Our 6-week online courses are designed to be taken at your own pace. Participants will learn to bring mindfulness into their daily lives through pre-recorded audio classes, discussion forums, as well as optional live chats with our experienced instructors and fellow participants. MAPs is an educational experience suitable for people of all backgrounds.
The online MAPs I course is an excellent introduction to mindfulness. MAPs class lays the foundation for a daily meditation practice and provides insights into the art, science, and practice of mindfulness. It is also appropriate for an experienced practitioner who wishes to revitalize his/her practice.
In this follow up class to MAPs I, we will work each week with different difficult emotions, exploring how to bring mindfulness to it and include other approaches to working with it.
In this follow up class to MAPs I, we will learn how to cultivate loving kindness, compassion, equanimity, joy, gratitude, and forgiveness. This is a helpful expansion to your mindfulness practice.
In this follow up class to MAPs I, we will focus on maintaining and sustaining a daily mindfulness practice, how to bring mindfulness into our daily activities, how to develop more concentration, and how more confidence and wisdom can arise in our practice.
