Exciting Updates to UCLA Mindful Class Pricing & Accessibility

UCLA Mindful, the mindfulness education center at UCLA Health, is dedicated to advancing mindfulness education to promote individual and cultural well-being and resilience worldwide. Our mission is to provide innovative, evidence-based mindfulness programs that empower individuals and institutions to manage stress, enhance health, and cultivate inner and outer peace.

In alignment with this mission, we are excited to share important updates to our class and event pricing model that reflect our ongoing commitment to accessibility and community well-being.

What’s Changing?

Due to updated UCLA Health policies, we are no longer able to offer scholarships for our classes and events. However, to continue prioritizing accessibility and support transformative growth, we have lowered our class and event prices by approximately 50%. This change makes our programs more affordable while maintaining the high-quality, evidence-based experience you expect from UCLA Mindful.

Supporting Our Community

To sustain and expand access to mindfulness education and contribute to a culture of compassion and wellness, we are introducing an optional Supporter/Benefactor Donation Program. This program invites those who are able to provide additional support to do so, helping us continue offering free resources that benefit the broader community.

Special Offer for UCLA Students

In support of the next generation of mindful leaders, we are pleased to offer all UCLA students access to our classes for free, ensuring they can cultivate resilience and well-being during their academic journey.
