Event Details

Registration
  • The event is by previous RSVP. Any attendees without an RSVP cannot be guaranteed food tickets and will need to complete additional steps during the check-in process.
  • Please bring your UCLA badge to assist with check-in.
  • To gain entry to the event, all RSVP’d attendees must report to the Check-In Station (Dickson Court North).
    • Google Maps
    • Envelopes will be provided with an event wristband and food tickets for the employee and applicable plus one. Each person will receive (1) red food ticket and (1) yellow dessert ticket.
    • Due to campus regulations, minors (under 18 years old) are unable to attend the event.
  • Check-in must be completed by 6:15 PM.

Raffle

  • Raffles are for employees only; must be present to win. Items cannot be picked up on behalf of another employee.
  • Raffles will take place at 3:45 PM, 4:45 PM, 5:45 PM, and 6:30 PM. 
  • Each employee will been given (4) slips with their name. They can choose to enter a specific timed drawing or multiple timed drawings. Must be present to win.
    • i.e. If the employee is only attending the event 3:00 PM-4:00 PM, placing all their slips in to the 3:45 PM timed drawing gives them a chance to win.
  • Each employee is only eligible to win once.
  • Raffle winners must pick up their item by the next raffle or their item will be re-entered into the next drawing, forfeiting their prize. The raffle items for the 6:30 PM drawing must be picked up by 6:45 PM.

    • Two scoops of Yellowfin Tuna marinated in a sweet and savory oyster sauce, served on a bed of rice. Accompanied by avocado, seaweed salad, and English cucumbers.
  • Sea Candy (gluten free)
    • Two scoops of Sweet Teriyaki marinated Yellowfin Tuna served on a fluffy bed of rice. Accompanied by avocado, seaweed salad, and English cucumbers.
  • Fuego Mayo (gluten free)
