Summer Picnic Flyer

  • Registration Required – Dickson Court North
  • The event is by previous RSVP. Any attendees without an RSVP cannot be guaranteed food tickets and will need to complete additional steps during the check-in process.
  • Please bring your UCLA badge to assist with check-in.
  • To gain entry to the event, all RSVP’d attendees must report to the Check-In Station (Dickson Court North).

    • Envelopes will be provided with an event wristband and food tickets for the employee and applicable plus one. Each person will receive (2) red food tickets and (2) yellow dessert tickets.
    • Due to campus regulations, minors (under 18 years old) are unable to attend the event.
  • Check-in must be completed by 7:15 PM. 

Please bring your UCLA badge to assist with check-in.

As we will be enjoying the summer weather, please consider bringing the following:

Raffle

  • All employee attendees will be entered into a raffle including Dodgers tickets, gift cards, swag, and more!
    • Raffles will take place at 5:30 PM, 6:00 PM, 6:30 PM, 7:00 PM, and 7:30 PM. Must be present to win the Dodgers tickets.
