Patient referrals made easy
Our partnership with health professionals in the community is key to our success at UCLA Health. Registered nurses and referral coordinators are available to help referring physicians and case managers access services at UCLA Health through the toll-free UCLA Physician Referral Service phone line at 800-UCLA-888 (800-825-2888).
Urgent referral
If you are a physician or calling on behalf of a physician, please contact our general referral number at 310-825-5111.
If a prompt response is not received, please contact the UCLA Page Operator at 310-825-6301 and ask to have the individual neurosurgeon paged. If the neurosurgeon is not immediately available, the on-call neurosurgery resident will assist you.
Hospital-to-hospital transfer
The UCLA Transfer Center may be able to further assist in facilitating transfers to Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center. Call 310-825-0909.
