Vista Farkhondeh, MD 

Vista was born and raised in the San Fernando Valley and is excited to be back home in Los Angeles for residency. She attended UCLA as an undergraduate, where she majored in Neuroscience with a degree emphasis in Disability Studies and conducted research at the UCLA Multiple Sclerosis Center. She went on to earn her medical degree at UC Davis School of Medicine, where she was part of the Academic Research Careers for Medical Doctors (ARC-MD) honors program. As part of the program, she spent a dedicated research year at the UCSF Neuroimmunology and Glial Biology Program, further developing her interest in neuroimmunology.

Outside of the hospital, Vista enjoys discovering new restaurants around Los Angeles, although Salsa & Beer remains her favorite. She also loves playing beach volleyball and is always working on her latest comedic screenplay. She is so grateful to be training in the city she has always called home.
