Description
The Intelligent Retina Surgery and Regeneration Laboratory is dedicated to developing next-generation ophthalmic technologies through the integration of robotics, machine learning, advanced imaging, and regenerative medicine. Research focuses on the development of safe and innovative intelligent systems for vitreoretinal surgery, image-guided intervention, surgical automation, and regenerative retinal applications.
Current work includes robotic-assisted intraocular surgery, artificial intelligence for surgical guidance and decision support, multimodal ophthalmic imaging, autonomous and semi-autonomous microsurgical systems, and technologies supporting retinal regeneration and translational vision science. .
