UCLA Summer Session A6: June 22, 2026 – July 31, 2026*
*Mandatory weekly lectures:
• 2 hours synchronous via Zoom meetings: Mondays & Wednesdays 5:00 – 6:00 PM PT
• 3 hours asynchronous via Pre-recorded videos: learn at your own pace
Open to students of all levels and career interests or careers from UCLA and beyond—no prior science or medical background required!

In this course, Ka-Kit Hui, MD, FACP, Wallis Annenberg Professor in Integrative East-West Medicine and Founder and Director of the Center for East-West Medicine at the UCLA Department of Medicine and David Geffen School of Medicine, and his colleagues, will share his 50 years’ experience in learning, practicing, educating and researching in health and wellness. You will experience and learn self-care modalities to help with common symptoms like stress, fatigue, headaches, depression, anxiety, and painful periods. Through learning these tools to help solve your personal health crises, you will also discover how integrative medicine can solve healthcare crises on a large scale.
