DAPM Leadership Track Education Day

Our Leadership Track team—a collaborative group of residents, fellows, and faculty—gathered for a day focused on learning and innovation in October 2025. Through interactive sessions on physician advocacy, change management, psychological safety, and leadership styles, participants explored what it means to lead in healthcare today. A highlight of the day was an inspiring lunchtime conversation with Maxime Cannesson, MD, PhD, DAPM Professor and Chair, and Nirav Kamdar, MD, MPP, MBA, Vice President of Quality Improvement and Clinical Operations at Huntington Health, who shared their personal journeys through medicine and leadership.
